• You may return any soft toy purchased from Nunkie Tots Soft Play & Events Ltd within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any tags, packaging, or accessories that came with them.

• We do not accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

How to proceed with the returns:

• Contact Us – Before returning your item, please email us at info@nunkietotseventsltd.co..uk with your order number and reason for return.

• Prepare Your Return – Securely package your item to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging where possible.

• .Processing Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.​
